The fifth annual Bridport Community Orchard Apple Day will take place in the Community Orchard, behind St. Mary’s Church in South Street, Bridport, on Saturday October 13th from 11.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.

Apple juice to taste and buy - BCOG's own apple press will be there on the day

Cider

Freshly made ploughman’s lunches

Lots of children’s activities, including pond dipping, storytelling, treasure hunt, apple flag making….

Demonstrations of local crafts

A wide variety of stalls featuring local produce

Fruit tree advice and more

Morris dancing and children’s dancing displays

Music from the ukelele group the Bucky Don’ts

Dorset Apple Cake competition

The Master of Ceremonies and the famous Tibetan prayer horn will be there, to make sure everyone knows what's going on!

BCOG will also have an Information Tent, where you can pick up a copy of the programme of events, and find out more about the Community Orchard. This will also be the First Aid point.
